âś… When Can You Return or Exchange a Product?
1. Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Product:
- If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item (not matching the product image or description on EcoVen.Shop), you must report it to our support team within 1 (one) working day of receiving the item.
- Upon verification, we will accept the return and arrange to replace the item or send a new product of the same value within 10 (ten) working days.
- In this case, no extra charges (like shipping/courier fees) will be applicable.
2. Change of Mind or Other Personal Reasons:
- If you want to return or exchange a product for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), you can:
- Get a replacement product of the same value, but 10% of the product price will be deducted.
- You must cover the shipping/courier costs for return and re-delivery.
- The product must be returned in original condition with all stickers, tags, and packaging intact.
