EcoVen.Shop is a B2B-focused online wholesale platform created specifically for entrepreneurs, resellers, and vendor partners. This Vendor Policy outlines the rules, responsibilities, and benefits applicable to all registered sellers on the platform. Every vendor must comply with these terms to ensure a fair, secure, and professional selling environment.


1. Prohibited and Unauthorized Products

  • Perishable goods (e.g., raw food, cooked meals, dairy, etc.) are strictly prohibited on EcoVen.
  • Any unauthorized, counterfeit, fake, or pirated products are strictly prohibited under Bangladeshi law.
  • Sale or listing of 18+ or adult-only products is not allowed on the platform.

2. Commission & Subscription Fees

  • A 5% commission will be charged on every successfully delivered product.
  • Vendors must factor this into their product pricing.
  • There are no registration fees, but vendors are required to pay a monthly or annual subscription fee as per the selected plan.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Vendors can either handle delivery themselves or use EcoVen’s approved shipping services.
  • If using EcoVen shipping, products must be delivered to our designated hub or warehouse.
  • Customers will typically bear the shipping cost, though special campaigns may offer exceptions.

4. Product Quality & Responsibility

  • Vendors are fully responsible for ensuring the quality, originality, and accuracy of all listed products.
  • Fake, damaged, or defective products must be replaced or refunded as per the return policy.

5. Payment Policy

  • Payments for successfully delivered products will be made within 1 business day, after deducting the commission.
  • Payments will be made to the vendor’s specified bank or mobile wallet account.
  • No advance payments are made.
  • Vendors are solely responsible for providing correct account details—EcoVen will not be liable for errors.

6. Stock & Availability

  • Product stock must be updated in real-time.
  • Out-of-stock items must be marked clearly to avoid order issues.

7. Customer Service

  • Vendors must respond to customer inquiries or complaints within 24 hours.
  • All communication must remain polite and professional.

8. Return & Refund

  • Vendors must accept returns in cases of defective, incorrect, or damaged products.
  • Refunds must be processed quickly, following EcoVen’s return policy.

9. Product Listings & Content Accuracy

  • All product listings must include clear images, accurate descriptions, and correct pricing.
  • Misleading or false information may lead to product removal or account suspension.

10. Product Verification

  • All new listings will be verified within 2 business days by the EcoVen team.
  • Products without images or descriptions will not be published.

11. Legal Compliance

  • Vendors must comply with the laws of Bangladesh and provide valid business documents such as Trade License and National ID when required.

12. Promotions & Campaigns

  • Vendors may participate in discount offers or campaigns with prior approval from EcoVen.

13. Ethics & Security

  • Fraudulent, unethical, or dishonest behavior is strictly prohibited.
  • EcoVen reserves the right to take legal action if necessary.

14. Policy Updates

  • EcoVen reserves the right to update or revise these vendor policies at any time.
